Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments.
The Office Manager will play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient work environment for our team.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office files.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Act as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences Processing payroll weekly Running light errands
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of office management best practices.
This position is part-time to start approx.
25-30 hours a week, but could expand into a full time roll.
Pay depends on experience level.
